The one thing I have changed about my workout routine is doing more full body workouts as opposed to a set body part on a set day (aka bodybuilding style – although I still LOVE a good leg day workout). There is nothing wrong with that approach but for me I felt I needed to change it up.
I also try to incorporate cardio into my workouts as much as I can to be efficient with time and to keep my heart rate up. This rowing workout is one I go back to on occasion and it never fails to leave me completely gassed.
I do this workout for time and take rest as I need. Trust me when I say the 2000m row is just gross but feels so good once you’re done. I love rowing but I am still learning proper form so this workout is also great practice. Give it a try and record your time!
