  • The Get Right Method program is a 12-week weight loss program to help women lose weight in a sustainable, holistic and effective way. The program establishes the foundations that it takes in order to have a successful weight loss journey.

  • This program takes a holistic approach on getting to the root cause of things through a 75 minute discovery call where we go through your entire health history (both past and present) including nutrition, lifestyle and emotional aspects.

  • I offer private in person sessions based out of downtown Toronto, virtual 1:1 sessions done via zoom and customized training packages if you are not looking to work directly one on one.

  • Purchase downloadable workouts that can be done at home or the gym. Every workout is complete with a downloadable PDF program and video tutorials of all exercises to follow along.

  • Purchase downloadable meal plans for every lifestyle and diet. Each plan comes with a full grocery list and instructions.

If the group atmosphere isn’t your thing and you need individualized attention then private training is your best option!
