The Get Right Method program is a 12-week weight loss program to help women lose weight in a sustainable, holistic and effective way. The program establishes the foundations that it takes in order to have a successful weight loss journey.
This program takes a holistic approach on getting to the root cause of things through a 75 minute discovery call where we go through your entire health history (both past and present) including nutrition, lifestyle and emotional aspects.
If the group atmosphere isn’t your thing and you need individualized attention then private training is your best option!
I offer private in person sessions based out of downtown Toronto, virtual 1:1 sessions done via zoom and customized training packages if you are not looking to work directly one on one.
All packages come with a complimentary 30 minute assessment to get to know you, your goals and where you’re at on your journey.
