The Get Right Method Program

This program is a comprehensive and detailed 12-week weight loss program for women who want to lose the weight without spending hours at the gym, counting calories and want to be feel sexy and confident in their bodies again.

As your accountability coach, this program includes:

  • 12 weeks of progressive workouts (to be performed at the gym or at home with modifications, equipment is required)
  • Instructional videos for all the exercises
  • Mindset coaching
  • Education on macros, with a 23 page meal guide to follow as guidance
  • Weekly coaching calls with me for the duration of the program (12 weeks)
  • Two 1:1 private coaching calls with me (one at the halfway point of the program and the other at the end of the program)
  • Access to a private Facebook group and supportive community of women for the duration of the program (12 weeks)
  • Additional support and coaching from me as needed

Private 1:1 Personal Training

*PLEASE NOTE: I am only taking a limited amount of in person clients at the moment. I am offering mainly virtual sessions. 

If the group atmosphere isn’t your thing and you need individualized attention then private training is your best option!

Private personal training is great if you are:

  • A beginner and new to fitness and needing some guidance on building the foundation
  • An avid gym goer who wants to take their training to the next level
  • Looking to crush a goal and need some specific training to get you there
  • Trying to lose weight and need the accountability of a coach to help you get there

The goals of the sessions are to help you not only build the foundations and learn key techniques but to also teach you how to move in your body. I offer in person and virtual/online training.
