My main goals were to build better habits and lose weight. During our time working together I was able to unlock the root cause of my behaviours and triggers, learned how to create better habits, learned new tools to help me manage my stress and help me find my voice so I could create better boundaries. As a result, I was able to secure a promotion at work and connect with my hubby on a deeper level.
