The B.E.L.I.E.F. Method is about examining your B-eliefs, E-motions, L-ife Decisions, I-intentions, E-nergy, F-ears. This 5 week group program that takes you from getting clear on what it is you desire to creating an action plan and moving forward. 

Often we have deep rooted fears and beliefs that we may be unaware of. These fears and beliefs were programmed into us at an early age and have been subconsciously running our lives from the decisions we make to the action we take (or don’t take). 

Over the course of the 5 weeks, we work with the subconscious mind using various techniques to help you get clear on what you want your next steps to be and uncover what fears and beliefs may be holding you back. We then work to release those fears and beliefs so that you gain the courage to pursue your desire(s). 

We focus on getting out of our heads and overthinking and into

our bodies and feelings.

At the end of the program, you’ll go from feeling uncertain to empowered so that you can take action from a place of confidence. You’ll shift your identity to someone who takes effortless and imperfect action with ease and stands in your power from a place of self-trust, authenticity and abundance.


WHAT YOUR JOURNEY WILL LOOK LIKE…

WEEK 1 - GETTING STARTED

  • Set your intentions and determine what you want to focus on over the 5 weeks

  • Learn about the subconscious mind and the techniques that we’ll be using in the program


WEEK 2 - CORE VALUES & IDENTITY

Our second week is diving into your core values and identity. You’ll be:

  • Examining and defining your core values and finding out what drives your actions and behaviours

  • Examining and defining your identity and how to work with the subconscious mind to shift your identity to one that serves you fully


WEEK 3 - BELIEFS

Our third week is all about exploring your beliefs and how some may no longer be serving you. You’ll also:

  • Learn where your beliefs came from and why they may no longer be serving yoU

  • How to work with the subconscious mind to create a new set of beliefs


WEEK 4 - FEARS AND OBSTACLES

This week you’ll learn how to embrace and move with any fears you may have or obstacles that arise. You’ll also learn:

  • The power of reframing and how to find  opportunities in challenges

  • How to work with the subconscious mind to release your fears and emotions 


WEEK 5 - TAKING ACTION

In our final week together, you’ll learn what it means to take aligned and inspired action. We’ll also cover:

  • How to make your vision a reality and create an action plan

  • How to work with the subconscious mind to insert your goal into the future

The investment for the program is $888 CAD (+ sales tax).
